Reservations of exhibition tables should be considered accepted only after receiving confirmation from organization

Each table cost €42,70 for table (maximum 9 tables for enterprises and merchants, maximum 2 tables for private).
Tables measure about 2,2 meters. The electricity comes automatically with the reservation.
We will assign free pass to exhibitors, according to the following scheme:

• up to 3 tables, will be provided up to 2 pass;
• up to 5 tables, will be provided up to 3 pass;
• mote than 6 tables, will be provided up to 4 pass;
• Additional pass will be purchased, paying the cost of the ticket (€5,00).

Reservation must be confirmed by payment within 7 days from organization confirm.
If payment isn't received within the aforementioned deadline, relative tables will be considered "free and available" and consequently assigned to the applicants.
In case of cancellation of reservation, the paid amount will be refunded, net of expenses and commissions, only if cancellation is communicated to organizers no later than Friday 3rd June. If canceled after this date, prepaiment will not be refunded.
Tables not yet occupied by the opening hours to the public will be considered free and assigned to any applicants, except in cases in which exhibitor communicated the delay to organizers.

• Kind of animals and equipment you'll expose (for a best show organization of spaces, this will be insert in exhibitor list)

• Web site (fwill be insert in exhibitors list)

Acceptance of Rules & Privacy DISCLOSURE PURSUANT TO ART. No. 196 of 30 June 2003 and updates. Personal data collected will be used, even with the help of electronic and / or automated, exclusively for the development and management of activities related to Squamata. Under d.l. No. 196 of 30 June 2003, you can to access your data and request corrections, integration and, in extreme cases, cancellation or suspension. Having read the above, I authorize the treatment and communication of my data within the specified limits.
